The summer 2019 grand opening is slowly but surely becoming a reality! The work you see being done here is just one part of the $9 million renovation project going on at the ITC – once a German-English Academy building on MSOE’s campus.

Because of the age of the building, renovating and restoring the space (and discovering more cream city brick every day) is truly a day-by-day opportunity that requires a small army of planning and logistics pros. We are thrilled to be renovating the first three floors of this 48,000-square-foot building, where Partners are already operating on the top two floors.

Once renovations are complete in summer of 2019, the ITC will be like nothing else in Senior Living. Here, we’ll continue to develop the future of aging adults by working with startups, universities and progressive care providers – all within a unique environment that incubates ideas and promotes collaboration. Oh yes, there will be buzz!

In 2018, MSOE also began construction on their new $34 million Dwight and Dian Diercks Computational Science Hall directly behind the ITC. That building will focus on next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and much more. The ITC shares a special relationship with MSOE students and faculty, providing them opportunities to work alongside Direct Supply’s Senior Living professionals while simultaneously serving as a recruiter for top-level engineering talent.
