When your equipment fails, for example, on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, the best thing to do is to try to determine if there’s a quick fix that you can do. 

If you’re not qualified to work on that piece of equipment, then get a qualified technician out through TELS Building Services. 

We’ll assess it to see if there’s a temporary fix that we can do to get you through that off-hours time and then make plans to do a replacement or repair and in a better timeframe for you.

The best thing to do when you’re having to delay those type of things is to track it through TELS through the app, through asset tagging, and keep an eye on things like that. Be ready that that equipment may fail because you haven’t been able to maintain it properly and try to budget for that replacement as quickly as you can, as long as your budget will allow for it.
