When you take a run to fail approach you put your facility at risk. If you don’t meet your federal temperatures and can’t hold those temperatures because equipment is down, say it’s a big chiller and the chiller goes down, you will really have yourself in a pickle.

Understanding and knowing your equipment, knowing you’re building, knowing how it functions, how it’s serviced, and then understanding the actions to take are important because temperatures, comfort of residents, all those things are important to managing through this process.

Contact Direct Supply and any one of us here can help you, particularly guys like myself in the BSC role or building services consultant role. We can help you manage through getting the assessment, making sure we know the right refrigerants in your equipment so we don’t make service calls more than once, getting that equipment underway, whether to repair or replace and or rental.
