Maximize Your $20,000 Oregon Long-Term Care Funding Now

Don’t delay! Funding is available within the Oregon budget for Long Term Care facilities that are preparing for, responding to or recovering from a public health emergency. Phase 3 provides reimbursement for eligible expenses related to infectious disease prevention strategies limiting future spread of disease, resident room reconfigurations to reduce per room bed capacity and technology that improves resident socialization and remote clinical care. $20,000 is available per eligible licensed facility on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants for Phase 3 must submit requests for funding before August 31, 2022, so it’s important you start the process as soon as possible.

Phase 4 begins on May 1, 2022. Priority 2 applicants (all long-term care facilities that are not Priority 1) can apply between May 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022.

Priority 2 facilities can still submit Phase 2 applications thru June 30, 2022 reimbursing up to $100,000 for enhancements made to air quality and HVAC systems.

Each facility is limited to one authorization request in each funding phase. Our team can provide you with the quotes you’ll need to submit a complete funding request that reflects all of the products and services for which you’ll seek funding.

Not sure if you qualify for Phase 3 Funding?

Phase 3 is open to “Priority 1 applicants”, which include Long Term Care facilities, (assisted living facilities, residential care facilities and nursing facilities) constructed prior to 1996, with the following Medicaid census percentages as of June 30, 2021:

  1. Nursing Facility: Medicaid occupied census level of 50% or higher
