The opportunity
Located in Lubbock, Texas, Raider Ranch offers a spectrum of care to local seniors. They realized their outdated Independent Living spaces didn’t feature the aesthetics they felt best represented their style and culture. To appeal to the next generation of residents, Raider Ranch wanted to remodel their community into a modern, inviting destination.

The design
When it came to the design, our team had the freedom to create something fresh and appealing. They infused the space with a bright, modern look featuring southern patterns and textures that speak to Raider Ranch’s target market.

The result
During the renovation, Raider Ranch’s Assisted Living community census grew from 85% to 88%, while their Independent Living community grew from 83% to 97%. Since the project, the community is 100% leased in five of the six product offerings. The proof of this renovation’s success is in the numbers, and Raider Ranch is now positioned as the top choice for Independent Living in Lubbock.
