The challenges facing our industry are bigger than any individual or group. Nothing’s going to change unless we work together. That’s why we say that we aren’t hoping for a better future for seniors or how they’re cared for – we’re trying to create it.
The Innovation & Technology Center (ITC) is the dedicated arm of Direct Supply where we seek to improve existing technologies and develop forward-thinking innovations related to senior health. It’s like a unique blend of mission, passion and your favorite grandparent.

No one’s an expert at everything, so we’ve fostered some amazing partnerships to help us drive change, such as with the Milwaukee School of Engineering. For years, we’ve worked together to develop technologies that assist seniors. With the addition of their Computational Science Hall focused on applied AI (eh-hem: the first program of its kind; eh-hem: right next door) and NVIDIA’s supercomputing capabilities inside, the force grows stronger.
