Leadership Development Program

At Direct Supply we look to solve the biggest challenges facing Post-Acute Care and Senior Living. By participating in the Leadership Development Program, you’ll work with a member of our C-suite to dig into a complex, high-impact problem and find an innovative solution.

Participants in this non-rotational program focus on corporate strategy, innovation, new idea development and execution. The program begins with a summer internship, with the potential to roll into the full-time program that typically lasts 1 - 2 years. Over the course of the program you will have an opportunity to work on key strategic projects across our various lines of business and functional areas. This will allow you to build an in-depth understanding of the industry and company as well as create a long-lasting network within and outside of Direct Supply.

As a part of the program you will:

“My internship at Direct Supply helped me apply what I was learning in school into a business environment. It helped me prepare for graduation so I could hit the ground running right away. And 6 years after graduation, I’m still here at Direct Supply, putting my knowledge to work to help our seniors.”

“After graduating with an MBA, I wanted to work for a growing company in a role poised to accelerate, and working for a C-suite executive at Direct Supply is one better. I get to look at our company from 10,000 feet above and at the same time work in the trenches. I believe my responsibility is not limited to today but extends to shaping Direct Supply’s tomorrow. I am constantly challenged and provided with tools to learn, grow and lead. I’ve found it to be true that your own game improves when you play with a stronger player.”
