Direct Supply Credit Card Portal Terms & Conditions

Direct Supply, Inc.’s (“Direct Supply”) credit card portal (the “Portal”) is an Internet service that allows our customers to pay their bills and print receipts. Use of this portal is subject to these terms and conditions. If you don’t agree to these terms and conditions, do not use this portal. Note that we may change these terms and conditions at any time and such changes will be posted. Please review these terms each time you visit the Portal.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, or legally emancipated, that you are requesting access to the Portal, and that you are authorized to provide the credit card and other information provided through the Portal. You acknowledge that the Portal is offered as a courtesy and agree that we may limit or discontinue your use of the Portal at any time for any reason.

Security, Privacy, and Usage of the Portal

  • The Portal is designed as a secure Internet-based environment through which you may pay Direct Supply. Please note that we utilize a third party processor to process your credit card transaction and all information you provide to us through this portal will be shared with such processor for purposes of processing your transaction.
  • We secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The information you provide is maintained by us on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted from your PC and/or mobile devices to the Portal, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. As a user of the Portal you hereby agree that you are solely liable for viruses, worms, Trojan horses, cancel bots, and other electronic mechanisms designed to destroy or impair the functioning of computer systems already residing on your PC and/or mobile device.
  • When you use the Portal, we will collect information, such as your email address, name, address, telephone number, ZIP code, account number, and account activity. This information is used by us for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Portal.

NEITHER DIRECT SUPPLY, NOR ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTIAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS THE WEBSITE OR CONTENT. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBSITE IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE. General

These terms and conditions and your use of the Portal are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its choice of law provisions. The courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, USA, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms of Use and/or the Website. If any provision herein is found unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and will not affect any remaining provision.
