Act Now! Funding is available for a limited time to Skilled Nursing (SNFs) and other types of Long-Term Care Facilities (LTCFs) in Wisconsin through the Department of Health Services (DHS). This grant will cover up to 50% of a project’s total costs, with a cap of $20,000 per eligible facility.
This funding is intended to support SNF and other LTCFs during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond by assisting with infection prevention and physical infrastructure needs. Projects must be completed between November 2021 and April 2023 to qualify, but facilities are encouraged to use funds for projects that have a lasting impact beyond the term of the funding to support strong infection prevention and/or infrastructure for the health and safety of their staff and residents.
Don’t delay! Application forms are available online now and due by 5pm on April 25th, 2022! Additional opportunities to apply for this funding will only be offered if the funds are not fully committed to applicants who apply by April 25, 2022.
