Mobile Texting Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Message Service) text messages (collectively, “text messages”) sent by Direct Supply, Inc. (“Direct Supply”).  Messages may be one-time or recurring text messages. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

By sending an initial text message to us or by providing a mobile number and opting in verbally or in writing, you expressly consent, on behalf of yourself and your staff, to receive text messages from Direct Supply related to relevant conversational or informational Mobile Programs (defined below) including notifications, updates, and, where applicable, promotional content. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide this consent on behalf of your staff. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Current Mobile Programs: TELS quotes and service dispatches; Customer Care Assistance and Support. 

Your mobile number, message content, and related data may be processed by Direct Supply and its service providers acting on its behalf to deliver messages and to support analytics, quality assurance, security, and service improvement, including through automated and artificial intelligence-enabled tools. Such data will not be sold, will not be used for advertising, and will be processed only on Direct Supply’s behalf in accordance with applicable law.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary within our Privacy Policy, we will not share your mobile texting opt-in or text message consent with third parties or affiliates.  

You may opt out of text messages at any time by texting “STOP” in response to the text message you received.  Your opt-out request may generate a confirmation text or texted request to clarify your request.  To complete your opt out, please provide the requested clarification. For assistance, you may text “HELP”. 

Data obtained from you in connection with text messages may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information you provide to Direct Supply.  Direct Supply may use this information to contact you and provide services you request.  

Direct Supply may use an automatic dialing system to deliver text messages to you. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply.  If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Direct Supply is not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.  

You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Direct Supply or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud.  Direct Supply reserves the right to cease delivery of texts to any person at any time in its sole discretion.
