Job Search

There are two ways to search for career opportunities on our Direct Supply website. The first is to conduct a ‘Job Search’ for the opportunities that are currently available. The other is to click on ‘Build Your Profile’ to create or modify your personal career profile. When you create a career profile, you will have the option to request career opportunity notifications. We will email you updates whenever a position is posted that aligns with the interests and preferences you have indicated in your career profile.


Applying at Direct Supply

Once you apply for a position via our company website, we will email you to confirm that we have received your profile. It is important for you to apply to each position that aligns with your strengths and experience. The profile you entered into the system will then be reviewed by either the Recruiter or the Hiring Leader for that position. We are unique in that we personally review every resume that is submitted. At any point in our process, if your background and experience are not the fit we are seeking, you will be notified that we are no longer pursuing you as a candidate.


Phone Interview

If your background appears to be a match to what we are looking for, we will schedule a phone interview with you. The phone interview gives you the opportunity to learn more about Direct Supply and get your questions answered. It also gives the Recruiter or Hiring Leader a chance to determine if your experience is a match for our needs. Your phone interview will be conducted by a specialized Recruiter or the Hiring Leader and will last approximately 30-60 minutes.


Onsite Interview

At your first onsite interview, you will take an assessment to evaluate your core skills including problem-solving abilities and analytic-thinking skills. During your interview, you’ll meet with current Leaders and potential colleagues who will ask you questions related to the position and your experience. To ensure our hiring process is fair, everyone’s feedback matters.

Following your interview, we will decide if you are the right fit for the role. If so, you will be asked to come back for subsequent interviews. We believe in hiring for brains, character, drive and experience. We also focus on ensuring that our new hires will be a good fit for both our role and organization. Because of this, our process may take longer than other companies, so please be patient.
